Teddy takes gold!

Teddy Saxon put on a master class in his first ever Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament taking gold at Grappling Industries London.

Teddy stayed calm and composed on the mats putting into practice what he has been working hard on in the gym over the last several months. On his way to achieving gold he secured three submission wins by armbar.

Teddy has only trained for 5 months and his attitude on and off the matts is a shining example to us all. He turns up regularly, puts the work in and reaped the rewards at his first ever competition. This young man has a bright future ahead of him. His coaches, team mates and everyone else here at HCA are extremely proud of his achievement and are all looking forward to seeing him in action again.

Massive congratulations Teddy !!!
