Guess who’s back…………

After being out of action for an extended period of time Michael Clarke made his long awaited return to the ring on Saturday March 2nd in his A class pro debut at Diamond Fight 7 in Banbury.

Mike looked calm and collected walking into this one and it continued to show in the ring. He wasted no time getting started putting together some beautiful combinations. In true Muay Thai style he peppered his opponent with punches, kicks, elbows and knees. Mike dominated the clinch, as you’d expect from a Jai Dee fighter, and started to land some knees. He backed his opponent up several times working the body and head beautifully.

Towards the end of round 1 Mike back his opponent on to the ropes before being reset in the centre of the ring. He then clinched and delivered three brutal knees finishing the fight with just 22 seconds left in round 1.

This was a perfect ending to a great night for the team, with Mike capping it off and making it 3 wins from 3 for Team Jai Dee on the night and 6 from 6 for the year so far.

Massive congratulations to Darek and Max both taking wins at the same event and helping to drive Jai Dee forward. This year has already been massive for the club and we continue to march forward on to the next one, continueing to grow raising our hand as a force to be reconed with.
