Founder - Jiu Jitsu Instructor

Ben Hajir founded the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team here at HCA and is a first degree Black Belt under Michael Russell. Ben began Jiu Jitsu training in 2005 and after success in national competitions he looked to test his BJJ skills in professional MMA. Ben has competed on big events such as Cage Warriors winning the organisations submission of the night bonus and being ranked in the UK MMA top 20. Ben used his BJJ skills to secure all his wins via submission in the cage.
